Design Data Set, Doc # DDS-2024-039, Issue A, dated September 27, 2024, or later European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) accepted revisions.

1. This Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) is applicable to all serial numbers for these Make-Models.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Mecaer Aviation Group S.p.A. Owner's Manual (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness), Doc. # 6A6HWNM-2-3, Issue 001 dated April 5, 2024, or later EASA accepted revisions.

3. Operations must be in accordance with Mecaer Aviation Group S.p.A. Rotocraft Flight Manual Supplement, Doc # 6A6HRFM1-3, Revision 0, dated September 23, 2024, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Limitations section of the Rotocraft Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description section.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Airbus Helicopters H160-B is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters H160-B as shown on Type Certification Data Sheet (TCDS) R00009RD for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
