Installation Instructions IIN-D076-612, Revision A, dated June 26, 2002, Transport Canada approved, dated June 26, 2002.

1. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-0076-612, Revision 0, dated June 26, 2002, Transport Canada accepted, dated September 12, 2002 is required with this installation.

2. lf the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the pro duct, the holder shall give the other person written permission of that permission.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
