Description of the Type Design Change: Modification of Part Number S6137-23009-6 main transmission rear cover per Croman Corporation Document as specified on AML SR00319SE, for use in place of the main transmission rear cover Part Number S6135-20060.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above listed rotorcraft models only. This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the rotorcraft.

Rotorcraft modified in accordance with this STC must be maintained in accordance with the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) as specified on AML SR00319SE.

A copy of this certificate and the ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
