Installation of Airwolf remote mounted engine oil filter kit AFC-K011 in accordance with Installation Drawing List AFC-R003 dated May 24, 1995 and Installation Instruction AFC-K011-II dated May 24, 1995.

1. Installation is limited to R-44 helicopters with Lycoming Engine Model O-540-F1B5.

2. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorpora ted unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of the other previously approved modifications including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
