Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Arrow Falcon Cargo Hook Kit for OH-58 aircraft in accordance with Arrow Falcon Exporters, Inc. Installation Instructions as listed on AML No. SR00371LA or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above noted model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate and FAA Approval Model List (AML) No. SR00371LA, dated May 23, 1997, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. NOTE 1: Noise Characteristics: This modification has been determined to be a “no acoustical change” as defined in Section 21.93(b)(4)(ii), Amendment 21-73 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
