1. Installation of forward two place passenger seating configuration must be performed in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Master Drawing List Report No. MDL-96-004 Issue K, Transport Canada approved October 30, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

2. Operation must be performed in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-8 Revision 6, Transport Canada approved October 28, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. Eurocopter Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness No. ICA-ECL-260 Revision 1, Transport Canada accepted April 4, 2013, or later Transport Canada accepted revision is required for this installation.

1. “Left-Hand Pilot Configuration” must be installed in accordance with STC SR00429NY.
