Installation Instructions specified in AML SR00563NY, or later Transport Canada approved revisions. Limitations and Conditions: 1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness documents specified in AML SR00563NY or later Transport Canada accepted revisions, are required with this installation. 2. For Bell models 214B and 214B-1 only, installation of STC SR01298NY is required with this modification. Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS-D214-664, Rev. A, Transport Canada approved June 8, 2005 or later Transport Canada approved revision is required with this modification, with specified center of gravity limits, and maximum takeoff / landing gross weight limit of 11,900 lbs. 3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
