1. Installation of replacement door pins on the flight crew lefthand and righthand doors in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Corp. installation drawing list IDL95-76, dated February 28, 1997 or later approved revisions.

2. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplements, dated March 24, 2997 for the Sikorsky S-76 A, B, and C models is required for this installation.

3. FAA approved Maintenance Manual Report No. MM95-76, February 14, 1997 is required for this installation.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
