Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS-D412-630, Revision E, dated October 25, 2006 Transport Canada approved November 7, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision, is required with this modification. 2. Maintenance of the Heli-Access Step must be done in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D412-630, Rev 2, dated October 25, 2006, Transport Canada accepted November 1, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revision. 3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
