Installation of External Scene Lights in accordance with Air Methods Corporation Mast er Data Index (MDI) No.

171-9039, Revision IR, dated February 26, 2007 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA approved Rotorc raft Flight Manual Supplement Number 080-0374, Rev IR, FAA approved February 23, 2007 or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

3. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Repor t AMMS 050-0418, Rev IR, dated December 16, 2006, FAA accepted January 30, 2007 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
