771-9035, Revision “-“, dated December 11, 2007, FAA approved December 19, 2007, or later FAA approved revision.

1. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft.

2. A copy of this Certific ate and the appropriate FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft:

• For the modified Ferno 93-P Litter, Rotorcraft Fli ght Manual Supplement Number 080-0384, Rev. IR, dated December 14, 2007, or later FAA approved revision.

3. For the modified Ferno 93-P Litter, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Report AMMS 050-0429, Rev. IR, dated September 13, 2007, FAA accepted October 10, 2007, or later FAA accepted revision is required for this installation.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this cert ificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
