1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document PR-ARS-120M, Revision 1, dated April 8, 2008, FAA accepted, dated February 24, 2009, or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation.

3. Installation Instructions as listed in AML SR00682DE, Revision IR, dated February 24, 2009, or later FAA approved revision are required for this installation.

4. A copy of this certificate, AML SR00682DE, dated February 24, 2009, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the aircraft.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
