3. A copy of this certificate and FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Air Methods Corporation Document Number 080-0471, Revision IR dated 3/11/2010, or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.
