1. The installer is responsible determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved alterations on an aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter an aircraft, the holder must provide the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this certificate and Approved Model List must be maintained as part of the permanent record of an altered aircraft.
