3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. A copy of the FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), document number 080-0729 is required for this installation.

5. A copy of the FAA accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) document number 050-0729 is required for this installation.

6. This STC is applicable to serial numbers 37002 thru 37999 for the Bell Textron Inc.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Bell Textron Inc. Model 412EP installation of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Interior is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for Bell Textron Inc. Model 412EP is shown on TCDS H4SW for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, June 15, 2021, is based upon part 29 as amended by Amendment 29-57. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant/not significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
