The Installation of Heli-Utility-Pod per Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Drawing D350-602, Rev. E, approved January 23, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

Limitations and Condition:

1. Operations with the Heli-Utility-Pod installed must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-D350-602, Revision C, Transport Canada approved January 25, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Dart Aerospace Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-D350-602, Revision 0, accepted January 25, 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
