Description of Type Design Change:

Installation of a Shoulder Harness Kits in accordance with Installation Instructions specified in the AML No. SR01188NY.

Limitations and Conditions:

1. The Harness Kit to be fabricated in accordance with Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Master Drawing List 191M-99-001-MDL, Rev. A, dated July 19, 2000 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness in accordance with the Maintenance Manual Supplements specified in the AML No.

SR01188NY or later Transport Canada accepted revisions are required for this installation.

3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
