For Bell models 214B and 214B-1, Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS-D214-664, Revision A, Transport Canada approved June 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision is required with this modification. 2. Maintenance of the Crosstube Installation must be done in accordance with Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D212-664, Revision 5 , Transport Canada accepted per approved Master Document List MDLL -D212-664 Revision G dated September 05, 2008 or later Transport Canada accepted revision. 3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
