Installation of Crosstubes in accordance with Dart Installation Instructions IIN-D206-667, Rev. C, Transport Canada approved July 27, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

1. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with Dart Aerospace Limited ICA-D206-667, Rev. 2, Transport Canada accepted July 28, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. The basis of certification for this modification was CFR Part 27, up to and including Amendment 27-40.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
