1. The landing gear assembly part numbers in accordance with FAA approved Apical Industries, Inc., Report No. AI407-18, Rev. N/C, dated May 22, 2003, or later FAA approved revision, must be installed prior to the installation of this STC.

2. This approval requires the inspection and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA 407-11, Revision I/R, dated October 28, 2002, or later FAA approved revision.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
