SR01520SE Helifab 1318 Smede Highway Broussard, LA 70518 29 the Federal Aviation Regulations H1NE, Revision 19 Sikorsky S-76A, S-76B, S-76C Installation of a Modularized Main DC Electrical Junction Box per HELIPRO Corporation International Master Drawing List (MDL) HP 76-24-51-101, Revision N/C, dated December 12, 2005, or later FAA approved revision. This modification must be maintained in accordance with the HELIPRO Corporation International Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document HP 76-05-00-251 revision N/C, dated March 10, 2005, or later FAA accepted revisions.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only. This approval should not be extended to rotorcraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate, and the maintenance manual supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
