Installation of a Wescam 12DS200 using Wysong Universal Nose Mount in accordance with Keystone Helicopter Installation Drawing List IDL00741, No Revision, dated February 02, 2004, or latest FAA approved revision.

1. Keystone Helicopter Corp., FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FM00741, no Revision, FAA approved March 5, 2004 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.

2. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for "Continued Airworthiness Universal Nose Mount Installation on the Bell 407 Helicopter", Report No. IC00741 No Revision, dated February 02, 2004 or latest FAA approved revision, is required with this modification.

3. This approval is for the external mounting equipment with no controls. The operational and electrical aspects of this installation are NOT certified. Additional FAA approval is required and must be evaluated to assure satisfactorily compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
