2) FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Supp lement No. FM01149 Rev. – dated 09/22/2006 or later FAA approved revisions is required for this modification

3) The installer must determine whether this design chan ge is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this ce rtificate to alter a product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
