1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) Auxiliary 21-Gallon Fuel tank must be installed in accordance with Supplemental Type Certificate No. SH656GL.

3) FAA Approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement A-500-0604A, No Rev., dated March 28, 2005, or later FAA approved revision is required.

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
