Part 27* of the F ederal A viation R egulations . *Certification basis is set forth in Type Certificate Data Sheet H9EU.

Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Cable Cutter Kit in accordance with FAA approved Apical Master Document List, MD350-61, Revision A, dated November 25, 2008, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted aircraft model series only. This approval requires the inspections and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by Apical Industries, Inc.’s Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA350-61, Revision N/C, dated November 20, 2008, or later FAA accepted revision.

A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
