Installation of replacement Wearpad and Skidtube Protector Kits in accordance with Dart Installation Instructions IIN-D407-728, Rev. A, Transport Canada approved September 15, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

1. Maintenance to be performed in accordance with Dart Aerospace Limited ICA-D407-728, Rev. 0, Transport Canada accepted September 15, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. The Certification Basis for this installation is CFR Part 27 at Amendment 27-40.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
