Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Garmin AT, MX20 Multi-Function Display (MFD) in accordance with Garmin AT MX20 Helicopter STC Master Data List, P/N 560-1051-01, Revision B, dated 14 August 2006, or later FAA approved revision. Limitations and Conditions: 1. Installer must determine compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications. 2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. 3. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 560-1052-01, Revision D, FAA approved on 28 December 2007, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation. 4. Rotorcraft Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Document No. 560-1053-01, Revision B, dated 19 July 2006, or later FAA accepted revision is a required part of this installation. 5. On Bell Helicopter Textron Models 206A; 206A-1; 206B; 206L; 206L-1; 206L-3; 206L-4 only. NG Tachometer, Insco P/N 6501-3008, Bell P/N 206-0070-266-9, or FAA approved equivalent is required. Refer to Garmin AT MX20 Helicopter Installation Supplement 560-1054-00 for equivalency criteria. 6. On Bell Helicopter Textron Models 206A; 206A-1; 206B; 206L; 206L-1; 206L-3; 206L-4 only. Engine torque, temperature and NG tachometer must be rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise as defined in Garmin AT MX20 Helicopter Installation Supplement 560-1054-00. This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
