Installation of Survey Pod System in accordance with Terra Remote Sensing Inc. Drawing No. TSA350-25-001, Rev. B, Transport Canada approved June 27, 2005 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Rotorcraft must be fitted with approved Eurocopter High Landing Gear (P/N 350A82-4010-03) for increased ground clearance, and with approved Dart Vertical Reference Kit (P/N D350-567-011) for provision of floor panel cutout, or with other approved similar modifications.

4. A copy of this certificate and the FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR02209NY, issued January 20, 2006, or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
