The installation of FLIR 8000 series System must be in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Master Drawing List No.

MDL-05-004, Issue B, dated November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Operation must be in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS-ECL-115, Revision 0, approved November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Maintenance is to be carried out in accordance with Supplemental Instructions for Continued Airworthiness provided in Eurocopter Canada Limited Document No. ICA-ECL-137, Revision 0, accepted November 08, 2005, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
