* Description of Type Design Change: Installation, maintenance and operation of replacement tail rotor blades in accordance with Van Horn Aviation, L.L.C. Master Document Lists, and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as appears on AML SR02249LA dated May 19, 2010, or later FAA Approved Revision.

Limitations and Conditions The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted helicopter models only. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

NOTE: Noise characteristics: This installation has been determined not to increase t he noise level and is not considered an “acoustical change” as defined in Part 21.93(b), Amend. 21-77 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
