Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Apical Industries, Inc. Cable Cutters Kit in accordance with FAA approved Apical Industries, Inc. Master Document List MD407-41, Revision A, dated November 23, 2010, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval requires the inspections and overhaul schedules to be performed as mandated by Apical Industries, Inc.’s Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA407-41, Revision N/C, dated February 8, 2010, or later FAA accepted revision.

This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of this permission.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis fo r approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
