Original, Transport Canada approved 17 May 2006, and the Master Drawing List MDL-PA-05-010-91-01, Issue 1, Rev. G, Transport Canada approved 26 May 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions

2. Operation must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Flight Manual Supplement FMS-PA-05-010-91-01, Issue 2, Rev. B, Transport Canada approved 26 May 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-05- 010-05-01, Issue 2, Rev. B, dated 30 August 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

4. Compliance with Section 4, Airworthiness Limitations, of Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-05-010-05-01 is mandatory.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Flight Manual Supplement FMS-PA-06-013-91-01, Issue 1, Rev. B, Transport Canada approved 21 July 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-06- 013-05-01, Issue 1, Rev. Original, dated 07 July 2006, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

4. Compliance with Section 4, Airworthiness Limitations, of Heli-Lynx Helicopter Services Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-PA-06-013-05-01 is mandatory.

5. Maximum Weight (Mass): 2,250 KG (4,961 lb).

6. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
