Precrition of Type Resize Change: Installation of Nose Utility Mount in accordance with FAA approved Airfilm Camera Systems, LLC, Master Drawing List, AF412NM-010, Revision "N/C", dated October 1, 2009, or later FAA approved revisions. The Installation Manual AF412NM-006, dated May 25, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions, and the FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, AF412NM-007, dated May 25, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, AF412NM-008, dated April 15, 2010, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Installation of Nose Utility Mount addresses only the subpart B (Flight) and C (Strength Requirements) of 14 Code of Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 29. The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted aircraft model series only. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records of for the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
