At each Yearly Inspection: 1) Verify front crew protectors are restrained by the foot pedal adjustment control knob and carpet at both rear velcro strips. 2) Check for the protectors being within 4 inches of any part of the foot pedal while the pedals are fully depressed. Remove or replace if: a) restraint is not provided as described b) noticeable damage is found at any of the three restraint zones described c) any part of the protector is found within the 4 inch foot pedal limit The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
