Installation of a SkyTrac ISAT Model 100 or Model 200, Flight Following Satellite Communication System in accordance with Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services Master Drawing List, HP 332-23-00-102, Revision N/C, dated May 2, 2011, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services, document number HP 332-23-00-251, Revision N/C, dated October 18, 2009, or later FAA accepted revision is a required part of this modification.

4) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, document number FMS HP 332-23-00-301, Revision N/C, FAA approved on February 8, 2012, or later FAA approved revision is required to be carried on the rotorcraft as part of this modification.
