2. Keystone Helicopter Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, External Load Electrical Provisions Installation in Sikorsky S-92A Aircraft, Report No. IC01484 Rev. - dated February 27, 2008 or later FAA accepted revision is required for this modification.

1. The FAA has not certified the equipment for which these provisions are intended. Additional FAA approval must be obtained to install this equipment. The FAA must evaluate the installation to ensure it complies with the applicable airworthiness standards.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
