Installation of the Offshore Configuration in accordance with Agusta Aerospace Master Data List No. AAC-ENG-06-051 Rev. C, dated March 27, 2008.

1. Modified aircraft are to be maintained in accordance with Agusta Aerospace Corporation Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the Offshore Configuration, Report No. AAC-ENG-06-057, Rev. A dated November 14, 2007.

2. Agusta Aerospace Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. AAC-ENG-06-056, Rev. A FAA approved April 08, 2008 is required with this modification installed.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
