Installation of High Intensity Strobe Light (HISL) System on Sikorsky S76C series rotorcraft in accordance with Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services USA, Inc., Master Drawing List, S76-1505-MDL, Rev. N/C, dated May 12, 2015, or later FAA approved revision. This approval is based on the original installation certified under the Brazilian Airworthiness Authority Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil Supplemental Type Certificate 2006S01-16.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Doc. No. S76-1505-FMS, Rev. N/C, dated June 22, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.

4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services USA, Inc., Doc. No.

S76-1505-ICA, Rev. N/C, dated April 2, 2015, or later FAA accepted revisions are a required part of this modification.
