This approval is based on the original installation certified under the Brazilian Airworthiness Authority Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil Supplemental Type Certificate 2010S06-01.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement No. FMS HP S76-34-60-301, Rev. N/C, dated September 9, 2015, or later FAA approved revision is a required part of this installation.

4. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document No. S76-1510-ICA-N/C, dated May 7, 2015, or later FAA accepted revisions are a required part of this modification.
