Description of Type Design Change:

The installation of Honeywell AR-Series CVR to be done in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Master Drawing List specified in AML SR02460NY, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions:

1. Maintenance must be in accordance with documents specified in AML SR02460NY or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
