Installation of auxiliary fuel tank in accordance with DECA Modification Summary MS01061, Revision 3, dated March 3, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revisions

1. Operation must be in accordance with DECA Flight Manual Supplement FMS01061, Revision 2, Transport Canada approved January 10, 2003, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

2. This installation must be maintained in accordance with DECA Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA01061, Revision 1, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
