The installation of a Flight Data Monitoring System to be done in accordance with CHC Helicopters International Approval Control Document CHS76-31-013 ACD, Revision NC, dated May 31, 2007, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Maintenance must be performed in accordance with CHC Helicopters International Maintenance Manual Supplement CHS76-31-013, Rev A, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
