Installation of DMS ARINC data recorder in accordance with ECT Industries Definition File Number DD-0074-XX-82, Revision 03, approved October 20, 2006, or later EASA approved revision.

1. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Eurocopter model AS350B3 with part number REC-AR0-TT-OO.

2. The following are required for this installation:

a. ECT Industries Installation Instructions number IM-0078-XX-82-EN, Revision 00, dated November 28, 2006.

b. ECT Industries Maintenance Manual number MM1-0077-XX-82-EN, Revision 04, dated November 14, 2007.

c. ECT Industries Operating Manual number MUL-0076-04-82-UK, Revision 04, dated November 21, 2006.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
