 The following Instructions for Continued Airworthiness have been FAA accepted for use with this modification  PHP-ICA-455.1, Revision N/C, dated March 3, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision (Canopy)  PHP-ICA-455.2, Revision N/C, dated March 3, 2014, or later FAA accepted revision (Air Conditioning System)

 If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
