The installation of a EXIS Emergency Exit Lighting System to be done in accordance with CHC Helicopters International Approval Control Document CHS76-33-022 ACD, Revision NC, dated March 13, 2006, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Maintenance must be performed in accordance with CHC Helicopters International Maintenance Manual Supplement MMS CHS76-33-022, Rev NC, dated June 10, 2004 or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. Operation must be performed in accordance with CHC Helicopters International Flight Manual Supplement FMS CHS76-33- 022, Rev NC, dated December 09, 2003, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
