Installation of anti-ice fuel filter caution light system in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List MDL07141 Revision N/C, dated November 09, 2007, Transport Canada approved November 14, 2007 or later Transport Canada approved revision

1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Prism Helicopters Limited Maintenance Manual Supplement MD369D-0307-MMS Revision A, Transport Canada accepted July 24, 2008, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Prism Helicopters Limited Flight Manual Supplement RFMS-369D-0307 Revision N/C Transport Canada approved November 09, 2007 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission
