1) Maintenance must be performed in accordance with EMS Aviation, Inc. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA07023-2, Rev IR, dated June 8, 2012, or later revisions.

2) Except as in note 3. operation must be performed in accordance with EMS Aviation, Inc. Flight Manual Supplement FMS07023-2, Rev IR, dated June 15, 2012, or later FAA approved revision.
