Installation of Fuel Quantity Indicating System (FQIS) Upgrade in accordance with Master Drawing List OAS-577-MDL, Revision A, dated March 27, 2017, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision. The FAA Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement OAS-577-29.1581, revision original, dated May 19, 2017, or later FAA approved revisions is required with this installation. It will be maintained in accordance with Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) OAS-577-29.1529-2, Revision IR, dated March 30, 2017, or later FAA accepted revisions.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model rotorcraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and any other previously incorporated approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. A copy of this certificate and ICA must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
