2. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Lawson Aerospace LLC Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. AA-09059, Rev. 0, FAA approved January 14, 2010.

3. The installer must determine whether this change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
