Master Drawing List MDL10033, Revision C, dated February 02, 2011, Transport Canada approved February 02, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Maintenance must be performed in accordance with SkyTrac Systems Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document ICA10033-3, Revision A, dated February 01, 2011, Transport Canada accepted February 02, 2011, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions.

2. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with SkyTrac Systems Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Report No. FMS10033-3, Revision N/C, dated April 27, 2010, Transport Canada approved May 11, 2010, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. FAA STC SR02189NY is a pre-requisite to this approval.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
